I have notice that Jetix show dragon booster in differents schedule around LA, for example; here in Chile they showed the new episodes in june at 11am, and then I never see the new episodes again. So I can't confirm you that, I think that someone from Mexico can help you with that, like Dragonide.
But I can help you to suggest Jetix to put DB in a better schedule.

I saw a commercial for "new" DB episodes today. In GA I believe they're coming on Jetix on Saturday, at 11AM.
