As for my opinion, I think she's the best admin of a forum I've ever seen. Loads of the others just seem to be really distant and cold (I do know some who aren't). She really listens to what we have to say, and as far as I've seen, hasn't been really nasty to people when they break the rules.

I put best admin ever, because unlike some admins you actually do your job, make sure everything is ok n' all that jazz. It's a big job really, but a lot of forums the admin doesn't do anything when rules are broken n' stuff. Or so, a lot of forums i've been to are like that :P

Yeah, you always edit a post if it's wrong and check this forum daily. And you even deleted my accidental-double post in less than a half-a-day ^_^ . Hell, in a mobile forum (very-very active, like post every 10 minutes XD) I visit admin comes around two times a year or when moderators contact him. Even the mods sometime get lazy and don't do anything. (One time a few children came in and started spamming, flaming, offending with lots of russian bad words for fun and guess who made the things quiet again - the peaceful members. The admin took action only in a few days.)
So after this, you're like an angel :D

LF knows her place and does it VERY WELL to the point where secondary admins and mods are completely unneccessary. Everything I was gonna say was said by Skye. She definitely reminds you of your "favorite" teacher. (Mind you, that's a compliment! The best ones that actually make their students learn something and can also make them behave are always the strict ones! :P)

Yea, it's basically a movie about the title. Snakes somehow end up on a plane, kill the pilots and go to kill Samuel Jackson. Samuel and people fight back, snakes go weeee, people go ahhhh as the plane starts falling, boa constrictors turn on babies and somehow people come out alive. The end.

Actually I never saw it, but the trailers are making it a big deal "forums, message boards, online chat rooms are going crazy about snakes on a plane!"

HAH Indeed. I think the only time i'll see this movie is when I can rent it, even then I am going to have to be pretty bored. I wonder though, it looks crappy but what if it's actually a good movie? I guess everyone thinks differently about movies but hey.

People are raving about "Snakes on a Plane" most of my friends went to see it and love the movie cause it has that "Army of Darkness" humor ya know? its serious then its funny because of a particular spot where the snakes bite them :D :D

It was originally going to be a different name, but Samuel L wanted to keep the name! so they stuck with it. I was suprised the he wanted to do this movie! such a devoted actor :wub: :wub: that's why I love him in Pulp Fiction hehe :P

WHOOO ARMY OF DARKNESS! Almost as good as Big Trouble in Little China ;) wewt anywho yeah I guess it would be a good movie to get because the fact it would be funny. I want a pet snake... I shoulda been on that plane.

Yeah, New Line Cinema wanted to change the title to the supremely dull "Pacific Air 121" (which of course was the name of the flight they are all on). I haven't seen the movie myself, but "Snakes on a Plane" says it much better. It lets you know that it's going to be a "fun and perhaps a little silly action/suspense movie" right up front. :)

And LightningFlash gets my vote for Best Admin Ever! :cookie: As I've posted before, this the best run forum I've been on. It's been a year and half and we haven't had a flame war or other types of nonsense that ruins the atmosphere. Few forums can say that and that's what makes it so nice here.

I have to agree with you. Last forum I was on was totally destroyed because I broke up with my ex (bad internet relationship) and he decided to make it everyone's business and ranted and raved all over the board which ultimatly destroyed it.
Quite unfortunate the fate of some forums, I feel this one will last for as long as we're here to share our interest in DB and talking to others.
