If you have all the right equipment on your computer you can create a Zoo Tycoon User Created Beau and other Dragon Booster Dragons for the game. After creating Beau and loading it up on the game you can adopt a male and a female and breed your very own Baby Beaus.

I have that game, and the equipment to do that. :dance:

The 'equipment' he's talking about is a program called APE. Look around on the 'net and you'll find it.

I think making Beau animations would be simple. Just take the animated GIFS of Beau from the Race for Power game that Mari made, cut them up into individual pictures, and load them up. ;)

If you go to the Zoo Tycoon Website, click on Communities, click Fansites and the link to Zoo Tycoon Unleashed, it'll have a page called Lab. It'll tell you everything on how to create Zoo Tycoon Creatures. Then you can send your user created Beau to the website Zoo Admin and others can download it. My Favorite of the dragons you can download is the Emerald dragon in the European Extravaganza Pack.

Another cool thing i have learned off of Zoo Tycoon Unleashed is someone created a Horse Race Track. So maybe a Dragon Race course can be created.

Yes you can put creatures into the game. The link i put up will take you to the Zoo Tycoon 1 Downloads.

Zoo Admin Website Downloads

Before you save any files go into My Documents and make a new folder for Zoo tycoon Downloads. Inside my Zoo Tycoon Folder i have Catagorized all my downloads into separate folders. Once you have a Zoo Tycoon Downloads folder go to Zoo Admin's Zoo Tycoon 1 Downloads.

It will give you a list of links titled in order; Animals, Buildings, Designer Resources, Maps or workbenches, Objects, Packs, Planetkitty Files, Scenarios, Utilities and Hacks, Zoo Kingdom Catalogue, Zookapi Catalogue, Zoos, and ZTU Catalogue.

Click on animals it will give you a choice of CC (Complete Collection) Bonus Content, Extinct animals, Fantasy Animals, Offical Animals, and Real Animals.

Click on what ever you want. (Dinosaurs might not be the best to start out with. They have a Hatching glitch)

Click on the name of the animal you want to download. Click "Download Here" and click save. Save the Zipped File into your Zoo Tycoon Downloads folder. the download will start. If the Download finishes downloading before it reaches 99% delete the file, click refresh on the webpage and download it again. Keep doing this until it downloads 99%.

Open the zipped file, click on the ZTD file once and click copy this file on the left hand side of the screen. the Copy Items screen will pop up. click on your Zoo Tycoon Download folder and click copy.

Now Start up Zoo Tycoon. Click on Get New Zoo Tycoon Items, click check locally, open your zoo tycoon download folder and double click on the .ZTD file not the Zipped file. It will then ask you Do you want to restart Zoo Tycoon to install this update. Click yes Zoo Tycoon will Restart and there you have it.

Dilophosaurus has a terrible hatching Glitch. Unfortunatley i can't solve the problem. Best talk to the Author of the Dinosaur. If it is a dinosaur that is already in the game you might need to join the Zoo Admin forum or the Zoo Tycoon Unleashed forum and ask about for Download problems.

There's a Red Flag on Zoo Tycoon 2 Downloads. I am trying to get it solved though. I have been able to put user made Downloads on ZT2 but for some reason the creature has a really big shadow that expands for several squares :faint: . But if you don't mind the shadow heres what you do.

When you unzip the folder you'll see another folder made by the maker like yellowrose, penguinman or some other maker. open that folder and you'll see another folder and a .dl file. Copy and paste the .dl file into your Zoo Tycoon 2 Profile folder. Go back to the zipped folder and open the last folder you'll see a .zt2 file. Copy and paste that into the Profile folder.

If you have a problem that you want solved on your game you can uses Hacks or Utilities. Some of my favorite hacks are these:

If your Zoo Tycoon 2 game suddenly freezes and requires you to crash your computer. Remove all Zoo Tycoon 2 Downloads from the game.

From what i have found on Zoo Admin, is that you buy it online and they will send you the disc.

Makes me a little mad because i don't like buying things online.

I'll talk with my parents and see if they'll take me to a game store called GameStop a.k.a GameStop.com and ask them if it is going to get released to stores.

I still can't figure out APE and I never could draw anything on Adobe Photoshop.

I read on another thread that because people aren't buying enough Dragon Booster Toys the show isn't going to continue. I know the solution. They only sell Dragon Booster Toys and Cards at Toy Stores not in regular everyday Department stores. I don't go to Toy Stores unless I am looking for a hard to find toy like Jurassic Park toys. I went into a toy store looking for any Jurassic Park toys and right next to the JP Toys were two Decepshuns. I didn't get any because i didn't have any money on me at the time and i wouldn't get Decepshun until she was the last one to get. Don't get me wrong though I really like Decepshun and all the Black dragons.

:D You mentioned Sea World, so is it correct to assume you're in San Diego? If so, move north. It's much cooler up here (I'm in the San Francisco area). If you like it cool all the time, try Shelter Cove on the north coast. Because of its location, the temperature hardly varies between winter and summer. The year round average day time temperature only varies between 57 and 70. You'll never feel hot there. :)

Wow! I checked out all the cool animals you can download for ZT1 and ZT2! They're cool! Someone should make the Dragon Booster dragons for Zoo Tycoon 2 because in that game all the animals are in 3d and look so real!

It would be really Difficult to make Beau for ZT2. I should know. I love dragon and when i downloaded the Red Dragon in the Fire pack it was only a larger Komodo Dragon colored red.

*Nods* Yes I agree! At first, I was obsessed with the Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection. (It has the Dinosaurs and the Marine Animals) Then I played Zoo Tycoon 2, and Now I'm playing ZooTycoon 2 Endangered Species! Yay! :dance:

But yes. They SHOULD make a Dragon Booster version. Then we could have baby dragons walking around out of their exhibits and eating tourists! *evillaugh* Ahem..never mind.

If we do make a Beaucephalis for Zoo Tycoon 2 then we'll need an artist that does the best 3D artwork. Looking at all the art pieces on Dragon-city.org, i'd say that Skye is the best. Then we need someone who has Zoo Tycoon 2 APE and knows how to work it.

That's odd. In one of the Zoo Admin Threads it clearly states APE 2 for Zoo Tycoon 2 animals but it doesn't have an APE 2 program for download.
