Yes it is!
You have to get an online gallery. You should try A PHOTOBUCKET account. When you have your Photobucjet account, you only need to paste the new URL in the avatar section over User Controls and... TADAA!! an avvie is created!

You will have to edit it, or just resize it. Avvies are 100 x 100.

Ok..I am stupid. I didn't thik of that. *slaps forhead* duh Raina..I have an avi..I have an avi..and he is cool looking...even though I am a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!..ahh well.what can I say?
