Title: Season Three Downloads?

Penny Dreadful - July 1, 2006 01:21 PM (GMT)
Like a lot of fans, I'm from the US and it doesn't seem that we're going to get Season Three. In fact, the only oppertunity I get to watch the show is if I don't work, because it comes on in the middle of the night. I was wondering if anyone has what was aired of Season Three and if they would be so kind as to send it to me? I noticed threads about such downloads below but none of these links work for me and all of my file download programs...well...none of them really work with my Firewall for some reason. Even after premitting the programs and adding the appropriate ports, it will let me search to my little hearts content but gods forbid I try to actually download something. I can't find any episodes on YouTube either. Can anyone be of any help?

I'm confident season 3 will air this fall. It will most likely start in October which is when the last two seasons premiered. It's a bummer to have to wait another three months, especially since it's been so long already since a new episode has aired, but I'm sure they'll show them. From what I understand, Jetix is under contract to buy season 3. So given that they have to pay for them, I'm sure they'll air them.

It's going to be a long three months though... :(

Oh, really? Good to know :P .Here's hoping the show pulls a Family Guy. If there's enough demand in the US, there's always a chance it could go back into production. Heh, I'm pretty sure I'm not part of their core demographic. At 19, I'm far too old to be a self-respecting young lady AND a fan of DB ^-^;;. I'm such a sucker for the dark side of the series, though, and all the literary/historical references. I'm not so much a fan of the bad pun/group laugh/Artha side of the show as much as I'm just a sucker for Moordyrd and Cain. Oh, sarcasm, cynicism, and cookie baking...you win me over every time...

There's always hope. Plus, the petition has had a sudden increase in signatures lately. It should break 1000 pretty soon. I hope it keeps going.

Well, you won't be alone here. I'm, shall we say, just a little beyond the target age group myself. Ahem. :P

The darker and more serious episodes are my favorites as well. I'm not big on the group laughs either, though I must admit I like watching Beau's antics. I'm a dragon fan, so I make no excuses. ;)

Character arc and story-wise, I believe Moordryd will probably be the most interesting character. Cain could be interesting in season 3 as well from a tidbit 3Dpete mentioned.

Well, on YouTube someone uploaded 'Rules of Power' in three parts.

Teknikat uploaded season three eps to MegaUpload, however they have been deleted due to inactivity.

And we already have threads up from Teknikat. Just check his user profile and click on "Topics by this user". That'll link to all of his threads. And here's his LiveJournal, where he alerts us about all the episodes that he uploads. There are a whole bunch from season 1 and season 2. ;)

Actually, when I checked, Teknikat's downloads had been removed. Thank you to everyone has posted but I've already found alternative methods ^-^;; and watched all that was out of season three...albeit not at all in order...

I am in the us as well and have the same problem. How did you over come and watch them all?..Ohh and the first episode is on tonight. they are restarting...again.

Penny Dreadful - July 12, 2006 05:26 PM (GMT)
I was constantly missing episodes due to late nights at work. ^-^;; I handed in my notice last week though so that won't be the case for long...not because of DB, of course...but because I'd been there for nearly two years and they were promoting people under me because they wanted someone to stay and train the cashiers for the same pay...nooooo...anyway - I found a dl program that works, emule. I had been using Limewire but it just wouldn't work correctly. The only problem I've had with emule is that it won't let you view a dl until it's complete...at least my copy won't...It was very frustrating when Framed had less than one MB to go. >.< It just wouldn't listen to me and play until it had found the appropriate sources and finished.

 :faint: ..What?

Sorry computers and I are as far away as........well. Pretty far.
Sorry to hear about your job?...But your right if they are promoting people under you. Thats not right.

Penny Dreadful - July 12, 2006 05:53 PM (GMT)
Google emule. I'm not sure how old you are, so you might want to check with your parents or whoever you share your comp with, if anyone. Emule is a download program that connects you to the contents of shared folders all over the world. It's a lot like WinMx and Kazaa, ect but is pretty good when it comes to filtering out spyware. Just download the emule program and install it. The rest should be pretty self-explanatory.

All of my DB episodes are avi. files, which means you'll have to have a player like DivX...or a convertor...one of the two.

Thats cool and thanks. I have my own computer in my room.ot really shared with anyone. I am 16.

Penny Dreadful - July 22, 2006 04:45 PM (GMT)
I'm fairly certain that the version available on their official site is free. There might be one or two you have to pay for but just look around, it shouldn't be hard to find the free download.
