This occured to me and I just had to ask, since all the pairing polls seem to be 'Do you like P/K or A/K?' There are many other possible pairings and I thought they should get a mention somewhere.

Voted for the femslash, more due to teh hawt than any particular affection for or opinion on the characters concerned.

Voted for A/K. It just works.P/K is just......disgusting...at least to me.

I voted for A/K (duh) and, i surprised myself by also voting Cain/Parm. :faint: In The Return of Drakkus part 1, when Drakkus was 'waking' up from the explosion, Parm and Cain had to go on the comm-links and warn their friends. WHen i saw this part of both of them screaming "Get outta there!" it just made me think that Parm and Cain might have something in common. And they do. Maybe not the tech thing so much, but they're both picked on. I think we might be seeing more of Parm and Cain in the further episodes. :dance: :P

Okay, I just have to ask, and I'm not trying to spork or anything, I just honestly want to know. What is it specifically that's so disgusting about P/K? I mean, they seem to me to get on pretty well. And there's nothing really disgusting about either of them... so what is it that makes them together disgusting? Sorry, I just want a bit of clarification. ;)

Moordred and Chute would look really funny together.

Well... the characters themselves are not disgusting its just that I cannot possibly see them as a couple. Also it would not really work at all. Parm and Kitt just don't belong together. Kitt is the competitive racer while Parm is a nerd. That sort of pair wouldn't really be compatible as a couple but would work as friends.

In the show, Parm and Kitt are obvious friends but show no romantic feelings towards eachother. They're simply good friends.

I respect those who like P/K and wouldn't want to offend anyone who thinks that P/K works.

Why is that? They wouldn't be competing against one another the way Artha and Kitt are. In reality, if Kitt were the world's best at something, and some whiney upstart who cheated took that position from her, she'd probably be less than inclined to love him. Parm and Kitt, their personality and their skills, compliment one another perfectly.

I disagree. They spend more time with each other than with anyone else, they have a great chemistry, and who do they turn to when Artha gets frustrating? ;)

I can understand the feelings of those who don't like the idea of Parm/Kitt. I have similar ones myself about a particular Harry Potter pairing between best friends of opposite gender: nothing potentially squick-worthy like massive age differences, but a pairing concerning which Canon Will Not Go. I feel pretty secure in making the bet that canon will stick with the lukewarm Artha/Kitt as against an annoying love triangle (feel free to make me eat my words later on :P), and, because Parm/Kitt really could have easily happened (the 'balance' of two sidekicks romantically involved with each other both supporting a hero, two characters of opposite gender spending a lot of time together which, let's face it, is usually fictional code for 'blooming romance'), I see it and similar 'ships as somewhere the writers decided deliberately not to go, which makes me feel there's a restriction there that is greater than any perceived restrictions on fem/slash. Not that in Parm/Kitt I really do care one way or the other.

And in all honestly, I think I would rather ALL of them just stayed as 'simply good friends'. More room for the action. :P P/K would just be rather interesting. ^_^

I had to vote for Artha/Marianas. Mainly because although the series starts out with it being pretty much Artha/Kitt, with them straight out saying that Artha likes Kitt, they never really go into it. They kind of just drop it, and those two stay friends. But then later on, (and I could just be reading into this to much, wouldn't be the first time) they seem to be dropping subtle hints of Artha/Marianas in some of the episodes. I think both pairings are cute either way, but the Artha/Marianas one just makes me squee more.

Hey, there are so many possible (and impossible) pairings in the poll but there's no Moordryd/Pyrrah? Come on, it is more cannon then for example M/Chute or Cain/Parm. No offense to those ships ofcourse.

I'm just saying that it's as good pairing as any other. Though Marianis, Chute and Kitt all seem to show an open dislike for Moordryd while Pyrrah, althought said to be oh-so noble appears to have a pretty nasty side. You can say she is the 'bad girl' of the crew leaders. She has a twisted morality just like Moordryd (she's a goodie showing the darkness within and he's a baddie with a good heart) and that's why from the few girls we see in 'Dragon Booster' I would choose Pyrrah as Moordryd's perfect match.
