I think you need to apply for it first, though. You could try looking at previous Help? threads and see the mods' answer to how to apply for the RP.

Yes, start by going over to the RP section and reading the postings in the "Rules/Explanatory" section. Then go over the "Apply" section and go down to the bottom of the frame where it has drop down boxes to let you select which topics to display and change the one that says "last 30 days" to "from the beginning" in order to see the older postings. Once you do that, you should see a topic titled "Application". Read through that one to see what to do next.
