Hey I Need help I just got a account and I can't get a picture to post or a banner or any thing !!I have tried but it just wont work !! I need help !! :(

When you post you see a bunch of tabs, http://, IMG, @ ....
Click the IMG, a window will pop up asking for a URL, copy paste the URL in the given space click OK. A bunch of stuff will appear in the space you are typing in. Do not delete it. If you want to check if your picture is there click the preview tab next to the the add reply tab. To get a pic in you sig type [IMG] then type the URL then [IMG] again but put a / in before IMG. If you have any other problems PM me.

OK I have my pic downloaded but I don't see it when I post stuff is that supposed happen? and what is my avatar and signatureand add my banner ? and how do I do it oh and thank you for your help from the first question.
