Click where it says "My Controls" up at the top under the banner and then look on the left where it says "Personal Profile".

To add a reply to an existing thread, click on the blue "Add Reply" button that appears on the right hand side both above and below the thread postings. Or, to quote someone's text while you're replying like I'm doing here, click the "Quote" button just above that person's posting.
