Jack and DemiDevimon jumped off the Locomon and landed in swamp water. "Nice." Jack said with a disgusted look on his face.
"lu~ck~y" DemiDevimon sang.
"Stop gloting" Jack said annoyed. Jack swiped at DemiDevimon. Bubbles started to come from the swamp water..."What the hell?" Jack looked at the water closly, some thing burst out and attacked Jack.

OOC: Can someone mod this.

The first thing to appear above the surface were the blade like spines on the digimon's back, but more and more of it's body emerged from the thick swamp water. Within seconds a frog-like creature with pale yellow skin, a mass of brown fur, a toothy grin and blue eyes growled at the boy.

"Hey, boy," it said, "give me your money or prepare to taste my spines." The Gizamon stank of desperation, it also just plain stank.

"Alright, DemiDevimon, go!" Jack boomed and jumped backwards.
"Mm. Demi-Dart!" DemiDevimon nodded, flew forwards and fired a demi-dart which zoomed towards the Gizamon.

The Gizamon quickly moved to the right in the water, dodging the dart.

"So you want the spines then boy?" The Gizamon almost laughed at his victim's foolhardiness. He opened his mouth a little and gargled out the words, "water cure!" A jet of surprisingly clean looking water came out of the frog's mouth and cut through the air towards the Pico Devimon.

DemiDevimon easily dodged the attack and flew towards Gizamon to attack it with his tallens "Copy Cat! Digi-modifie!" Jack roared and inserted the chip into his d-ban.
"Water cure!" DemiDevimon yelled and water shot out of his mouth at his digimon opponent.

(ooc: Okay, I'm going to need you to copy and paste your cards text into your posts from now on, just look around for examples of how this is done.)

The Gizamon was hit by the imitation of his own attack. He growled with rage and dived below the surface of the water. He moved around under the murky water. His location would likely be dificult for the tamer and small demon to pinpoint.

These guys don't know what they're messing with, he thought, I'll wait for the Pico Devimon to fly over my position, then I'll hit him with my 'spiral edge' attack. I'll be eating well tonight.

DemiDevimon zoomed at the surface of the water. "No, its a trap!" Jack bellowed and his voice eachoed through out the swamp. DemiDevimon stoped and flew back up to where he was.
"Evil whisper." DemiDevimon whispered at a black, purple and red beam whisped into the water at where he Gizamonwas.
"Thats how that story ended." Jack said with a cocky grin along his face.

The Gizamon was upset that his trap failed, but he was pleased that his opponents guess about his location was so far off. He kicked forward with his powerful legs and surfaced. He glared at the Pico Devimon as he used a 'water cure' attack on it.

DemiDevimon only noticed at the last minute and got hit. He fell on the water and went under. Jack waided in to get DemiDevimon because he couldn't swim. When Jack got DemiDevimon out, he swam to a shallower prt of the water. "Alright, DemiDevimon, I want you to......" Jack whispered. DemiDevimon nodded and flew into the air. "Demi-Dart!" DemiDevimon yelled. He flew behind the Gizamon and used another evil whisper, so if the Gizamon got hit by one attack, he would miss the other.

Gizamon got hit square in the forehead by the dart, he started feeling very woozy. Getting hit in the back by evil whisper did little to help his sick, tired feeling. The frog-like digimon dived below the surface of the water and yanked the dart out. The battle was taking a toll on him, he had to do something.

Gizamon cruised through the water to a point roughly below the Pico Devimon. He kicked off of the bottom as hard as he could, launching himself out of the water and into the air. He kicked at Pico Devimon as he shouted, "Frog Kick!"

DemiDevimon got hit by this attack and crashed into the water, but this time he came straight back up. "Demi-Dart!" He boomed and he shot five demi-darts at the frog-like digimon. DemiDevimon fell back onto the surface of the water.
"DemiDevimon!" Jack shouted "Special Bandage! Digi-modifie!" Jack slotted the card into the D-ban. DemiDevimon got staight back up when the card worked its magic.

All of the user digimon's health is restored the instant the card is swiped.

Three darts stuck in Gizamon's back, leaving him weak and slow. He floated on the surface of the water and panted. The stench he already gave off grew even worse as sweat gathered in his fur.

"Please sir," he pleaded with Jack, "spare my life, I fear what will happen to my family if I'm not around to provide for them."

"I'll spare you if you join me on my quest to find, and kill my brother." Jack said holding out a hand to Gizamon.
"Are you sure, Jack, are you feeling alright?" DemiDevimon asked staring at Jack confused.
"Yeah, I' fine, its just....we need as much hep as we can get." Jack said smiling at DemiDevimon.

(ooc: Okay, if I'm understanding correctly, what you're asking of Gizamon is for him to become your second partner. You don't have enough DEP for that, so you and Gizamon would have to work something else out. One possibility is I could come up with some reason for Gizamon to stay in the swamp until you have 2.0 or more DEP, then you could come back for him. Of coarse you could work something else out, or even just kill him…)

OOC: We could say that they could work some thing out, I realy can't wait until he joins me!

"Hmm," the Gizamon grunted, "you have a deal kid, but its not time for me to leave yet. You two go out and explore the world, and I'll heal up and see that my family is taken care of."

Gizamon rested his paw in Jacks hand to shake on their deal. "Now would you please get these darts out of me?"

(ooc: well done, 0.1 DEP to you for defeating Gizamon, and more impotantly, making peace.)

Jack laughed happily and pulled out the darts. "Well see ya around buddy." Jack said then, with DemiDevimon on his head again, he walked back into the Locomon.
"See ya next time partner!" DemiDevimon shouted and the Locomon left.

Gizamon kicked his legs and swam off toward some distant corner of the swamp to see his family. His thoughts on the human who would be his tamer someday.
