History: Kijun was born in a small town by the seaside in Japan. He was a quiet child by nature, and did not like to talk much among his relatives and friends. He rarely opened up to others, but if one came to know who he really was, Kijun was a nice boy. His parents migrated to another town in South-East Asia when he was around three. Kijun got along with the people there fairly well, but it did not mean that he talked to them a lot. When he entered primary school, Kijun kept to himself, very much intimidated by the large crowd of students in school. His height was of no comfort either, for many students towered above him.
Kijun preferred to sit quietly by himself on the steps leading down to the school field. He came to know a girl by sight, and when he overcame his fear, he asked her for her name and after a few conversations, they realized that they got along fairly well. Their conversations were usually about odd creatures known as Digimon, and eventually Kijun was exposed to a Ryuudamon specimen that was to be deleted two days later. When the news of the deletion reached his ears, the boy felt sad for the girl, but she shrugged it off, saying bravely that she had another egg in place of it.
Another day passed, and it seemed like the very existence of that girl was wiped cleanly from the face of the earth. Kijun thought that it was just a case of say, a fever. When he was heading for home, he felt his school bag grow heavier with each step he took. Upon opening it at home, Kijun realized that it was an egg bundled together with the device. He couldn't help but feel rather curious, so he placed the device on his hand and took the egg within his arms.
Masses of darkness streaked out from the television in the living room, tangling around the unsuspecting boy and dragging him headfirst into the darkness.
RP Sample: The cries of the young child could still be heard as he spiralled down the portal. A brilliant flash of light flashed out, as the egg shattered into numerous pieces and floated upwards...
"You were out for a whole day, you know," a voice said with a sigh.
Kijun got up, clutching his head while his eyes took care of all the focusing he needed to do. "What?" he said softly, more to himself than anything else present. Of course, the Digimon heard it as if the child was shouting it in his ears. The little dragon placed his arms on his long, slender body and clicked his tongue. "Who are you?" Kijun mouthed, looking at the Kyokyomon before him. It certainly was an odd dragon, yellow in colour and with a scar over his right eye. Somehow...the scar seemed really familiar to Kijun.
"Whatcha lookin' at?" the Kyokyomon asked, acting his usual self now that he had found out who exactly this fellow was. Kijun, Ikirino Kijun, a boy whom Koen knew. Yeah, he was friend alright. "Oh yeah, you're Kijun. Silent but alert," said the Lesser Digimon, looking at Kijun's young face with his single functional eye. He laughed.
The child blinked as he looked at the digital monster intently. "...that means?" he asked, slowly and quietly with his small voice. Kijun sat up properly as he prepared himself to listen to whatever the creature (he couldn't remember his name) was going to say. "You're...Shisaki, right?" asked Kijun.
"Shirasaki," corrected the Kyokyomon. He thought for a while, thinking about how he should remedy the situation. "Just call me Saki," said Shirasaki casually with a wave of his right arm.
((Tell me if I am not allowed to do this but...)
Let's see. Line checks. MEathod of evolution checks.
History and RP Sample are nice and long.
Unless I can't do this, APPROVED.
You know the drill by now:
- 1.0 DEP
- A Digitama with your selected Digimon Line
- 5000 monies
- A space in whatever apartment is available.
Let's see... Looks good to me Koen, I'll give it the stamp of official approval. Count what Zander said as binding now, since I'm too lazy to retype all that.
Oh, and Zander, I'm quite sure you could handle the resposibility, but while the difference in powers between mods and interns isn't fully and specifically layed out anywhere, I'm quite sure approving applications is one of the things only full mods can do.
Thanks guys, I appreciate it!
