Title: and so it begins...
Description: Rayner arrives

ZanderSteele - October 10, 2007 07:10 PM (GMT)
A yell and a soft thud later, and Rayner hit the sand hard. He sprung up moments later with a cry of, "Alright! Who's the wise guy who drug me to...." he started, looking around at the vastness of desert aro8und him.

"I must be out of it.." he mumbled to himself as he brushed his coat off, then suddenly found that it was far too hot to have it on and discarded it.

When he was reasonably cool he searched for his cellphone, but couldn't find it. When he checked his watch for the time he instead found a large device, white and blue, attached to his left arm. When he tried to detach it he found that he couldn't move it at all, but at the same time it didn't seem to be harming him.

He shruged and decided to check it out later, grabbing his bags and walking across the sand slowly, the hot sun bearing sown on him.

About an hour later, after loosening his shirt and slowing ot a crawl on his trek, he found what looked like railroad tracks. He looked both ways down the track and saw a train coming his way. With a sigh of relief he waited patiently while wavign down the train, shifting his bag on his shoulder which, oddly, felt heavier.

He checked his rations bag and found a large egg there. scratchign his head at the find, he decided to figure everything out when he got to civilization.

When the train finally stopped he yelled out, "Hey! can I catch a ride to the nearest town?"

"Sure! Hop aboard!" said a loud voice, and, without noticing the fact that the voice came from the train itself, he climbed about the passenger car and rode off out of the scorchign desert.

((That was jsut to get him out of the desert and to the Digital City, and it is rather poorly written due to not enough time.))
