Oh, sorry about that...didnt pay much attn. to the file type. The first one is a remade one, the second one is the first one except as a transparent png (and a smaller hat)

DDM U should make your logo bg #f4f4f4 and it will be as if its transparent but not heres a demo but it might be better since you have a psd cause of the drop shadow and all but heres it now (you should also make the canvas a little smaller so the black line under the logo doesnt get cut away )
