My review of Socom US NAVY SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2

Game play: 9/10
Utterly jaw-dropping. This game exceeds the first Fireteam Bravo and makes itself one of the best games for PSP. First off, there are the regular Campaign missions and multi player (ad hoc/infrastructure). The storyline is the same old "terrorist group tries to take over the world and the SEALs try to stop them" scheme. It's full of NAVY propoganda. You play as Sandman, and you team mates are Lonestar, Wraith, and Bronco, although you can only choose one partner during each mission. Before mission deployment you choose your load out (armory), and there is a variety of new and improved weapons to chosse from, each special in it's own way. Basically when you start the mission you are given objectives (primary, secondary, and bonus objectives). Objectives sometimes get repetitive (for example, the first few missions all you had to do is blow up drugs). Every time you finish an objective you get CE (Command equity which can be used to buy new upgrades) and LI (local influence). The CE earning is a really nice edition, although CE is hard to earn and some items cost too much.

Multi player: 9/10
Incredible online mode! To really experience it, you might want to buy a headset. The clans are back, there are new maps and old ones, and there are two new objectives, Tug-of-War and Intel Grab. Also the best part is, you can customize your character! You can change the torso, the pants, everything! Although the online is almost perfect, there is one thing wrong with it, it's an evil called, target lock. It's an unfair advantage (say you shoot three clips into a person and they don't die, but when that person shoots you once, they get a lucky head shot). If target lock were enable the multi player in this game would be perfect.

Graphics: 8.5/10
Great! They have been remastered and look awesome. Although there are some glitches (such as cardboard animations), but overall the animations and graphics are way better than the first game.

Camera: 8/10
Third-person view works perfectly fine, unless you get into a really close firefight with somebody and the camera goes out of control.

Sound: 8.5/10
Nice environmental sounds. There are also good voices (probably the same lines as the first game but way better voices). Not all is perfect though, the explosions, they don't really sound like explosions, other than that, I have no complaints.

Controls: 8/10
Controls are O.K. for a shooter like this one, but sometimes they can be buggy. Especially during sniping and moving in a forward direction.

Replay Value: High
You will probably get bored if you have already beaten the campaign missions once., but the online you will play for months, trust me.

Overall
This game really lived up to my expectations. Some glitches are obvious and should have been fixed, keep this game away from perfection, but disregarding those, I would say this is a must buy game for Socom fans and for people who play online a lot.

Final Score
9.0/10

Well after a first hand review of the game I'd give it an overall 8.0 out of 10.0.

In my opinion, the 1 player was fun and suspensful but way to short. There are only about 15-20 missions.

Multiplayer, however makes up for the rest of the game. Its way better then the first SOCOM as you can create custom characters, uniforms, have more weapon selection, etc..

I have found a few glitches in the game so far, most of which are in the level Cutoff.
