((Some admin please make this stickied(please not locked, so I can make updates), like last time!))Hope it works for you ;)
- Download PMGP.
- Connect your PSP to your computer.
- Put the %__SCE__pmg and __SCE__pmg folders in your ?:\PSP\GAME folder.
- Download the eLoader 9.9 (see next post)
- Choose Run.
- See list number 5.
- Choose Yes.
Then it may say "Setup couldn't detect your PSP. Please connect it with a USB cable and click retry, or click cancel to skip PSP detection" in that case, click cancel.
- Then you can install eLoader.
- When it's done, disconnect your PSP.
- Go to "Photo" and select eLoader_099.
- Then it will install eLoader.
- It will show a menu and select PMGP to start pimping!
To save your PMGP car/bike press start and select Save Settings and then select Export To Game.
To test it, quit PMGP and eLoader, then startup GTA and the Cheatdevice, scroll down and ready for testing! Peter Shaw - November 14, 2006 07:53 PM (GMT)

or you can use the new eloader, that runs rightn from the psp menu... eloader 9.9... here->

It only runs on firmware 1.5 and 2.6

It doesn't only run on 1.5, I've got 2.6 and it works fine. :crazy:

Oh wait, yeah. psphacker made a 6 day bump then Deadoll made another bump 2 weeks after psphacker's bump.
