Devhook can run UMD Rips, also known as ISO's or CSO's. A CSO is a compressed ISO. It takes smaller space on a MS but loading times are longer. In the Devhook menu, just select which one you want. They must be placed in an "ISO" folder in the root of the MS.

If you want to run VCS, I strongly suggest you go with the ISO. I used to use the CSO before I got the UMD, and for some reason there is a bit of lag during gameplay. A little to much to bear with in my opinion. The ISO doesnt have any problems.
