In wondering if anyone with the knowhow would like to help me make this cheat. If i can manage it it will be uber cool
The idea is that you are teleported to portland island at some really low/difficult to get out of location.
Then the water rises gradually up so he has to get up to a high point on staunton island. Gradually liberty city floods.
I know how to teleport, thats easy, but how could i make the water level rise gradually? i was thinking it would be good for it to go 0.1m a second to start off with and id see how that went.
Anyone got any ideas?

i got an idea of what code i need:
teleport to location
loop until waterlevel is 50m
waterlevel + 1
loop
if anyone knows that in cheatdevice code please help :D

why would some one make a new cheat for lcs when vcs is out?

Because maybe some people like LCS more than VCS. ;) I do. I just like Liberty City more in general. I have VCS but after I beat it, it got boring. MP is fun in both games though.
