Is it possible to download full, free, oldskool games to your psp?

Cuz i really,really,really,really want donkey kong country on my psp, the full game for free. that would kick azz!

No cheatdevice isn't illegal, posting games that some people worked very hard to make money off of, that's illegal. And you can't delete your own post. And we can do whatever we want with our PSPs, we can throw it, hack it, shit on it, whatever...As long as we bought it..
