Title: Dark_Alex's Time Machine
Description: has anyone installed it?

I just got around to installing it, and it's a very lengthy process, but definitely worth it.
especially since most games require newer firmwares to run, need for speed pro street being one of them. it won't run on 3.52.

if anyone does want to install time machine, I'll get together all the files I used, and the ones required. it needs like 5 different psp updates, del cementaro something or another, some pandora maker, and the time machine installer itself.

and an upgrader if you're still on 3.52.

you also need to copy everything off of your MS, and reformat it. and copy everythign back afterwards.

but definitely worth the trouble. and something everyone will need to do eventually if you want to play the newer games AND keep all homebrew.

yeah, I thought that too, but I'm pretty sure god of war will require the update.

but if you were to download all of the files in one pack, it'd be an easy thing to do.

the only big problem is copying everything off of the memory stick to have it formatted and partitioned for the ipl. (I'm pretty sure time machine doesn't require the format and re-partitioning, but in order to make the pandora battery you need to do it)

and the good thing about this is, if you were to ever brick, you can STILL run the firmwares off the memory stick. I can delete the psp's flash entirely right now, and still boot up the psp in 3.40OE.

I think that's pretty amazing.
recovery mode helped prevent bricks, pandora helped reverse bricks, and time machine eliminates bricks altogether.
