like can ya get the xmb theme of the bottom media bar that someone made for the psp or is it only logos you can change

The guy has 1000 posts and is a respected member. Its a younger sibling or someone on his account.

As for customisation, with the official method, we can only do icons and font. But, if we did have a unofficial method (think psp) we could mod anything.
