First off, if you don't have devhook, click my sig and find it on the list.

Here we go.

How to run Devhook v .44 (fw 2.6 or 2.71)

Step 1-
Get DevHook on your PSP if it isnt already, and launch it. Once it starts hit O.

Step 2-
A- UMD Version
1- Hit O on UMD Select
2- Choose "UMD Disc"
3- Hit O on UMD Mount and choose "UMD DISC"
4- Hit O on UMD Version and choose "2.xx -> 2.6"
5- Hit O on Firmware and choose either 2.6 or 2.71, whichever you'd like. *Note that to play Cheat Device you need 2.6, to play flash games you need 2.71.
6- Hit O on boot select (skipping CPU Clock) and choose "Reboot to XMB"
7- Hit O on other, O on Preload address, and choose the number at the top.
8- Go up to Start and hit O.

B- Iso Version
1- Hit O on UMD Select
2- Choose the iso you wish to use (Note that you must have your isos in a folder named "Iso" in the root of your memstick)
3- Hit O on UMD Mount and choose "Iso AnyUMD"
4- Hit O on UMD Version and choose "2.xx -> 2.6"
5- Hit O on Firmware and choose either 2.6 or 2.71, whichever you'd like. *Note that to play Cheat Device you need 2.6, to play flash games you need 2.71.
6- Hit O on boot select (skipping CPU Clock) and choose "Reboot to XMB"
7- Hit O on other, O on Preload address, and choose the number at the top.
8- Go up to Start and hit O.

Step 3-
Now, some extra info...
To change isos hold HOME and hit R or L whilst in the XMB
To change CPU Speed hold HOME and hit SELECT until you get the speed you'd like.
You can't go on the internet using 333 MHZ (which includes no online gaming, or Ad Hoc!)
To go back to 1.5 you hold your power switch UP until it shuts off (Note this is called a "Cold Boot")
You can play dumps of your own games, if you have a UMD Dumper, this is the one I use-
