I don't like the background and the text is horrible. Something a bit more serious and related to the image for the 2 problems. Since it is based around the monkey (who is not some stupid monkey, he has a suit, gun, and a serious expression). Give it a red background with a picture so it is not jumping in your face. To make a good sig it should be all one theme, not random junk that was made in 5 min. I know you want to get better but this isn't much better than the first two.
1) Change the background to an image (an active background, yours is too flat)
2) Change the text and its color
3) Use the first quote because his expression doesn't work with the other two (he looks like a desperado monkey)
