It's cool but I think the edges are a bit sharp .
The font is not that great I think it would be better if you change it .

As for yours, I like the grunge effect, accept everything is not clear. Its not smooth either. It just looks very ruff. Those are the only words I can think of about it.

It isn't a speedometer its a clock, duh. I also see a skull with wings. The thing I like about this is that it has nothing to do with Halo, seriously Halo sigs are boring now. 6/10 just fix it up a bit.
