Personally i like Cars and bikes to not have there wheels touching the frame.. or going through the frame of the vehicle. But those cars are ok. But for lcs we have pretty much have seen it all..

How come whenever I use these codes they say 'Welcome to Vice City' and then my PSP crashes???!! Is there some way of fixing this?
Is this for LCS or VCS? I tryed it on VCS..
