My psp's Firmware is at 3.03 OE-C.
What am i missing from all this m33 shit and all that other stuff? Anything?

i would advise you to upgarde to 3.40OE
because im currently on 3.03OE-C to and when i get the time im gonna upgrade and i aint touching that crap M33 CFW which hardly works (sry DAX)
but i advise you to upgrade because problems have been found with 3.03OE-C
lua wlan etc doesnt work

Ight sounds good. I do believe some of the wlan issues is because of the Mac address issue at least this is what I've heard.

its something to do with the ip config eg the ip address you need to add 1 (but hardly works) to but ive recenty heard if you flash a 1.5 wlan.prx it works but havnt tried it
AND YES CD DOES WORK FOR 3.40OE

went right from 3.03 OE-C right to 3.40 OE-A.
You need to download the 3.40 OE-A firmware upgrade, the 1.5 update and the 3.40 update.
and then just follow the readme
