Ok when i got the game i got img tool 2.0 and put sum mods on like cars and clothes. But the last time i edited the gta3.img file the game crashed when it loaded. So i uninstalled and reinstalled and still it only lets me edit player.imgdoes anyone know how to fix this?

Well you're computer may not be able to handle the high-poly models of the car, or the mod may be corrupt.

but i used to be able to mod cars n ive got the same pc still

Search google for SAMI. San Andreas Mod Installer.

Its basically a program that asks you were the mod is, and installs it for you.

PROTIP: Only use cars. Dont try bikes or boats or it will crash. JUST DO CARS.

that didnt work all what happens is if i edit gta3.img file at all the game freezes half way through loading so now i gotta reinstall AGAIN
