Description: Great News guys!

Hey guys, I've talked to ADePSP and he confirmed with me that we need to keep cheatsync open. Because Edison Carter is making a come back and we might see more indept cheats soon! So for all you people out there who lost hope and said it would close well its not! so enjoy cheatsync guys and please come make a cheat every now and then and be sure to visit the Tool section here's the URL:

Theres many tools there for lcs and vcs.

The tools for vcs are :

VCS Tools...

* CheatSync: Button Cheat Maker by DDM
* CheatSync: Exhaust Color Changer by psphacker108
* CheatSync: Portal Maker by DDM
* CheatSync: VCS Car Spawner
* CheatSync: Wheel Size Changer
* CheatSync: On-Screen Text Editor by DDM

And for all you people out there just starting if you hear us say lcs or vcs

lcs = liberty city stories and vcs = vice city stories

I am sorry my friend, but this has been known for a year or so now. The developer is Edison Carter, a local PSP hacker. A great mind at that. This site is dedicated to cheats made FOR the cheatdevice. A site called cheatsync.net. Hope you stay and have a good time.
