Is there a way to customize what spawns automatically in the city, like pedestrians and vehicles? Basically, what I'm driving at is the ability to make padestrians that have a certain appearance, but more importantly carry weapons and fight certain other padestrians. Like, one kind of gang spawns and fights another gang, but the gang never fights itself. Not like the pedestrian riot cheat, exactly. Also, one gang would be friendly towards the player.
I remember a mission in GTA3 that was really awesome, where instead of spawning normal pedestrians, the game would spawn mobsters and Triads that would fight eachother all over the place. The mobsters were on the same side as the player. It was cool because it was like a war, instead of just the randomness of the riots.
Anyway, long question short, is it possible to give pedestrians that spawn have weapons and possibly a certain appearance and team?

Very awesome idea, but would be really hard to pull off.

You'd need to find out exactly WHAT determines where the pedestrians spawn, because I have no idea, honestly.

I've searched for that before and I came close actually well I might be able to do it now but I tryed something simple first but it changes everytime the game loads so no go as of yet. I'll keep trying for you though man.

well I might have more on this peds thing I think I can spawn them I can surtently control them, I messed with some numbers and I can make a medic follow my eyery move lol and I can do some more things I will need to search this more then I'll let you know what I've come up with..
