does anyone know how to install ir shell 3.61 this is wut the instructions say

Update instructions for iR Shell 3.61

Please note: This iR Shell update requires a previous installation of
iR Shell 3.6 !
1. Unzip the irshell361.zip archive to a directory on your PC.
2. Copy /IRSHELL & /seplugins to the root directory of your memory stick
and merge with your existing iR Shell 3.6 installation.
3. Done :)

not very helpful and everytime i click the ir shell 3.6 it takes me to the 3.61 download... and yes i put the ir shell folder in my root and i added that .prx to my seplugins folder... wut did i do wrong

EDIT EDIT: ummm no im still confused so can anyone help?
now i almost got everything working except it wont let me run the psptcnf patcher because it says
not original pspbtcnf.bin patching abort!
so does anyone know how to get the original pspbtcnf.bin?
and the autorun dont work... and it wont let me run my vcs umd it says
error loading applocation 800200d9 click any key to continue
and when i try to launch it via eboot it says
erroe loading application fffffed3
