Do cheat device v1.0 will work with the new FW that is 3.51 :unsure:

Because the cheat device is written by consumers and not official programmers (aka. people that Sony has allowed to program for their console). To run it you're required to be allowed to execute code but the code needs to be encrypted with a key that only Sony has in order of working, or alternatively you can do this by using an exploit (a flaw in the firmware which allows hackers to run code) which is only possible up to firmware 3.50. The sole reason Sony released firmware 3.51 was to fix this flaw so nobody can run unsigned code.
In short - Sony doesn't want you to use the cheat device.
