Title: New GTA IV Info

Vii - June 20, 2007 03:42 PM (GMT)
According to Turkish Xbox Magazine, this is the new info:
# Vibration every footstep when you run
# No more HUD or user interface, body armor shows
# Flamethrowers and rocket launchers are still in
# Explosions are larger than ever, a mission requires creating a chain reaction of car explosions
# Cars only explode if you blow them up, not by crashing or getting hit
# Niko can run forever, but not as fast as before
# More RPG elements (time specific missions)
# Bullet wounds show, blood appears where you shoot people
# No more eating, girlfriends, or changing body size but skills still improve
# Unlockable vehicles and "plenty of goodies" at 100% completion
# Land size is bigger than 3 cities put together from GTA: San Andreas
# Better graphics than Saints Row, draw distance is as far as you can see.

So bigger than SA then?

Then why did Sam Houser say it was smaller?

Oh really? I wouldn't mind having a larger city then expected.

Say what? what you talking about 'vibration' as far as i know my ps3 controller DOESN'T have vibration.. unless you mean something like you can feel that me he taking the steps in the way he looks on the screen.. then i understand.

Vibration every footstep would be awesome...if you were a Berserker from Gears of War or something....

An ordinary human doesn't stomp while he runs...especially enough to cause vibrations.

I say it's fake. And I doubt Rockstar would sway away from the old GTA tradition of the HUD.

Of course, a big map would be good (as long as it stays detailed), but why are every one contradicting each other?

It says the 3 Cities, not all of San Andreas's large country side.

I’m still sceptical about this info, I’d rather wait and hear it from a more official source

And as for the whole vibration on every step, I can see that that could get a little annoying after a while. Think about it, Every step!

It meens when you are running, not when you are walking!

Yeah, but who actually walks in GTA?
