I used to get the internal error message when i tried using wifi with 333mhz on devhook, but the SE and OE CFW's have wifi enabled at 333mhz...

Try changing your CPU speed to default in the recovery menu.

The wifi antenna is a Gold-ish flat piece it has a delicate black wire running to the Wifi/Mem board. The wifi wire can be poped off the the board and put back on with no problem so don't worry if that comes off. I don't believe taking it apart will do any good what so ever. This happens to A LOT of psps that have custom FW's or downgraded infact even the normal Sony FW's have some internet bugs in them.. so it's not just your psp. I wouldn't consider it "broken" though.

...But if you do take it apart hes what you need to know.
