hi im having a problem with this site

ive only started it so it aint finished and the home page is filled with crap lol

anyway its the bottom bit im having trouble with when ever you scroll the footer image scrolls and it doesnt load properly (i think its because i need to delete something)

so do you know whats wrong thanks

SEE THE CONFUSION THING IS IT WORKS ON MY PC BUT WHEN I UPLOAD IT IT DOESNT LOAD PROPERLY (IT HAPPENED WHEN I MADE THE CREATED BY BITS OVERLAP THE IMAGE)

ive half fixed it by modifying the image but id like to get the scroll away thanks
