I've had a go at making a website on publisher and im wondering if there is anywhere i could upload or host it ??

try freewebs, i used that

I mena how to host it so people can view it on the website

save it as .html, make a freewebs account, upload the .html....

Godaddy.com. Costs around $8 a year. You have to find your own host though.
