Title: please help me!

Ok i just bought a psp at gamestop and the game gta liberty city, and when i installed the cheat sync thing and try to play the game it says "Load failed. The data is corrupted" What do i do?

Oh... damn. Sony has done it again with releasing PSP's with higher firmwares.
I would be able to save you if your firmware was 3.03, as thats the latest firmware that has a downgrader custom-made for it. Other than that, no chance.
Sony has blocked the cheatdevice for firmware higher han 2.7, but it works with the 'hacked' custom firemware made by Dark_alex.
here is some tips, your not completely lost. Stay at that firmware and wait for a downgrader to come out for it, or sell your psp and get one off of E-bay, but make sure it's firemware is below 3.03.

Listen, You can return it right? if they will give you cash do it, then go on Ebay and get a used 1.50 there like $150.00 - $250.00. You can find a good 1.50 there. Even a psp with custom firmware installed is good to.
