they even made one for the PSP, Caled Action Replay.

As far as i know the PSP AR can only do something with saves, i think its download them or something, it cant apply codes to games, only CWCheat and that other one can do it.

Yeah the PSP AR is only for saves and organising the contents of your PSP (and it works on your computer, not from a UMD)
Personally I think they where a bit lazy not developing a proper AR for the PSP, but Im sure they have their reasons.

no matter what people say the ps3 is always going t be the biggest and the proberly kew it was coming so they just chucked something together for the psp and were waiting for the ps3

lol i was going to ask if there is a ps3 cheatdevice (xploder ar gameshark) for the ps3 inorder to play games from a differet region cause i was going to get my sis to buy one for me in the US but seems not now

The playstation 3 is built almost identical to the psp. Software wise.
So devs dont really need to adapt to the new enviroment.
Seeing as most people who own a psp and play gta, are getting a ps3. Then my guess its extremely likely.

I'll just tell you know, Sony have made security as tight as an anus. Sony can litreally stop you playing your games untill you update.

Playstation Store doesnt work, online doesnt. Internet does work.

So the only way i see CD working is if they actually get permisson off Rockstar for it.
If thats possible, then i dont know whats stopping us asking them for help making it.

rockstar would allow after all many bought the game just for the exploit bu its whether sony will allow rockstar now to create and exploit the code stop the game from getting icensed

Sony in their last Keynote (I think) Said they are trying to get into more user created games / game extras etc (user created content), that’s why they have allowed it to be a Duel boot system with Linux (at least to the extent of my knowledge)

I think after seeing how creative people can be (PSP: Custom XMB waves / Icons, Cheat device etc) they might have changed their mind about Homebrew. Its still a risky thing to do though, because of all the people who use illegal ISO and stuff

Yeah, but on the other side of the spectrum, look whats been done with the LCS exploit. Its been used to downgrade and run pirating software.

All that was needed to make the first CheatDevice was a modified GTA savegame... The PS3 has a USB port so hummm...!!!
