erm i have a small problem none of my homebrew apps will work for some reason whenever i start one it says "the game could not be started (800200D9) i put the apps in PSP, GAME is that where it goes? im on custom firmware 3.03 OE-C please help me!

so...none of my homebrew should work according to you...
dont be hasty you can change so that the game folder runs as 1.5 not 3.03 all can be changed in recovery menu
