so i wanted to enter the homebrew competition from psp-hacks.com...but theres a problem... i dont know how to make home brew... so can anyone teach me in like a week????????

you wont learn on those tuts alone to me theyre pretty useless but the good thing is that the community (forum) of that site are real nice people and would help you with anything

also another thing if cygwin didnt work for you tell us and ill send you something that will work
(cygwin is kind of unstable in a way it doesnt always work)

i think it isaid no lua but idk can lua be converted to eboot?

what would that help? you have to post the source code, I'm sure they can see the difference between lua and c/c++.
cprogramming.com have some great tutorials, they are for pc but you learn C/C++ from them, which is what matters.

the rules changed it used to be LUA allowed but in EBOOT form but they must have changed it or pspupdates read it wrongly (unlikely)
but you shoudnt just learn for a competition !!!!!!!!!!
just learn a your own pace there will be many more comps
