This is one of my first competitions, and it's coming to CSF.
You have to make a liquified (Filters -> Liquify) effect on an image, And make it look like anything you want! But your going to have to make it look good, or then it's going to get a bad mark... Plus, you've got to show the original image also.
If you do enter this competition, it dosen't really matter what you do. You can be amazed on how funny it can turn out! (You can only use Liquify and this image! NOTHING ELSE!) It will be marked on funniness, originallity and.. No porn refrences... Ok? Good!
I will make a poll if enough people enter, Judges will be asked to rate and... well.. judge. The poll will be open for public.
