i think i remember people reporting that it worked on 2.6 through eloader

If your on 2.6, use the eLoader 0.99..........look on dl.qj.net :D
Put the PPMG files in GAME load up the eLoader form PHOTO and select PPMG!!! :)

You clearly dont care about getting it to work.
If you did..you would have helped us out to help you..
No ones Jesus..they cant guess what version/firmwire your psp is.
Your psp could be 2.80 or 2.71.
Next time state what your firmwire is and how you installed it.

shit, I didn't know people still used this thing.
by the way there is no such thing as 2.83 firmware...and having the highest firmware version in the homebrew/psp hacking community is a bad thing not a good thing.

This is a step by step tutorial on how to get it ADePSP's Portable Pimp My Garage:
There are 2 ways to install this.
A)For 1.50
B) 2.01/2.50/2.60
Method A)
1.Make sure your psp is 1.50 by going to your settings then click system settings.
2.Dowload PPMG from here: http://www.cheatsync.net/download.php
3.Once downloaded double click on the file..it should open up winrar..if not then download winrar from here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
4.Drag the file onto your desktop.
5.Connect your psp to your computer and go onto USB mode.
6.Open up My Computer and doubel click on Removeible Disk F
7.Open up the PSP folderthen the GAME folder and drag and drop that original file into here.
8.Disconnect your psp and go to the Game Icon on the far right, then go all the way down till you see a memory stick icon.
9. Click it then you should see the PPMG Icon click that.
10.Have fun Pimpin'!!
Method B)
1.Make sure your psp is either 2.01,2.50 or 2.60 by going to your settings then click system settings.
2.Download The Eloader BOCK from here:
Windows: http://dl.qj.net/eLoader-v0.9.7-Bock-Auto-.../5924/catid/114
Apple: http://dl.qj.net/eLoader-v0.9.7-Bock-ZIP-F.../5925/catid/114
Install that like the cheatdevice,drag the folder into the SAVEDATA Folder on your psp.
If you are using the Windows one then just click the link and follow the on screen instructions.
3.Download PPMG from here: http://www.cheatsync.net/download.php
4.Drag the files into your game folder just like it says for 1.50 above.
5.Boot up gta and if gta comes on and you see Toni then press start and go to GAME on the Gta menu.
6.Click on that then click on load game.
7.Click on the eloader.
8. you should see a blue screen come up with a psp on the right and letters to the left.
9. The first sentence should say PPMG or something...click on that.
10.Kapoot! J00 is done!
