This is custom firmware 3.10 OE A.

Changes in 3.10 OE-A:
- Change from 3.03 firmware to 3.10
- 4th level of brightness (aka battery eater) can now be selected also without ac adaptor.
- Changes in hen core:
* Static user elf's can now be executed in the 3.10 kernel. (this includes snes user version
between other programs)
* Tyranid's patch (added in 3.03 OE-C) consequences was not explained very well in the changelog of 3.03 OE-C:
- For programmers: it allows kernel modules to have user imports, making kernel programming
in 3.03/3.10 less strict.
- For users: plugins and applications that worked in 2.71 SE, but not in OE, *may* now work in 3.03OE-C
and 3.10 OE-A.

there's also some dhanges to the psx emulator in the firmware:
1) Added gamma boost, two levels
2) Added volume boost, two levels
3) Added another zoom mode!
4) Added joypad port selection.

and what do the other thing mean? like you can set the volume 2 things higher? and now you can configure the joypad?

Sounds like some shit from a marvel comic..
And volume boost? You mean it now plays music louder? That must be decremental to the speakers..no?
Zoom model? Joypad Port? Care to explain?

i had a problem such as i could use cd for vcs but i could be wrong and someone else couldnt play ps1 games
Tryed reflashinng my psp twice ad cheat device for vice city stories doesnt wok on 3.10oea.

Files for 3.10 Custom firmware OE-A
I decided to upload all the files for the update, all you have to do is have a 1.5 psp, or a custom firmware, put all the files in the RAR into the game folder (or GAME150, depending on firmware), then start the OEAUPDMAKER from the game menu, let it do its thing, then once it is done combining all the stuff, there is a new file in the oeaupdatemaker folder in your game folder, its called DATA.DXAR and move it to the 310oeainstaller folder, and start that, and wham... 3.10 OE-A Custom firmware, download below
