i just got this new firewall and i had the mph downgrader downloaded from a while back and when i scanned it said it was a virus...

any file of the sort is considered a virus.
the mph downgrader isn't a virus, but other similiar files are viruses.
it lables it as trojen.psp right? just ignore that warning, the mph downgrader is safe.

is there a way that i could have definite proof of this? cause my dad is more hardheaded then...then anyone and he thinks its was messing up the computer in some way... cause he dont think i know what im talkin about... he belives i just think i know everything... parents i guess

yeah i used it for a long time to my my dad believes the computer over me so no that aint good enough i know for a fact its good to but he dont and he refuses to believe it

Does your dad work?
if so i am not saying you SHOULD do this but you can...
when you home alone go onto the computer turn off your anti-virus and download the mph downgrader put it on psp run it, follow it's instructions. then act like nothing happened...
AGAIN i am not saying you SHOULD go behind your dads back and dis obey him but this is what i would do...

well i have 3.03 oe-c and all but my dad wont let me go to psp-hacks no more so i wanted to prove that it wasnt i mean yeah i go there when he aint around

It's not a virus and there are much better downgraders out...
