What are you most interested in discussing about the show? What have you enjoyed discussing on the board before? And do you want to discuss someone else's favourite with them?

I'll admit I'm a bit of a shameless fangirl, and say I am interested in LI--whether she's good or evil or something in between, where her character arc's taking her, whether she's the great character I think she is.

And I'm interested in considering what the world of the Sixth Dimension might be like, and the various fanon inventions for it--for example, Scarab Dynasty's representation of the Academy, or Eclair's ideas.

Of course, I'm also interested in feminism, in discussing the female roles in Ace and appreciating Sparx, LI and Heather as strong female characters.

And Evil Overlords and strategies are always cool. ^_^

And would anyone like to see more episode question topics? Perhaps, after the Christmas holidays and the ficathon, we could decide on a schedule if anyone'd be interested in seeing something of that kind as Ace discussion we can enjoy.

I'm pretty interested in everyone's ideas of what the Sixth Dimension might be like. We didn't hear much about day-to-day life there in the show, or what else might be there.
I think LI is a very interesting character. It would have been nice to see where the show would have taken her if it had gotten another season.

Anyway...I have enjoyed many articles on this board. I particularly enjoyed the Being Mean, Name that Freak, Fandom OCs and Selfless Promotion articles. They are great fun.

Please do not let this board go down the toilet. I am very loyal to it, maybe the most loyalist and come by everyday, even when there is no new posts.

Don't worry, Rotgut. ^_^ As long as some of us hang around and post, and when they rerun the show, this board will go on.

'Sides, we'll all bring a new maturity should we happen to rehash old ground of our favourite show. :P

BTW, re:your questions to Sigglekow, a couple more to consider:

- Sparx says to Lady Illusion, "It's always been personal between you and Ace" at one point, but there also seems to be something very personal between Lady Illusion and Sparx. Ace and Lady Illusion seem to be a more equal match for each other fighting-wise, so what was the real rivalry?
- Are female Lightning Knights common? (And similarly, are evils usually male; even Lady Illusion spends time as a man!)
- Is Zoar anyone/anything in particular?
- Is Lady Illusion a mutant, or some nonhuman species like dark elf or succubus?
- Does Ace recall the evils doing anything unforgivable back in the Sixth Dimension (shooting puppies, genocide...), or is it simply a matter of two sides embroiled in warfare with one somewhat less scrupulous than the other?
- Are the characters all immortal, or is it just Lord Fear and Rotgut who are undead?
- Would Random have been born/created a cyborg from the start, or are his metal pieces the result of the accident?
- Would Lady Illusion have been around in any capacity during Ace and Lord Fear's friendship?

Hee *sniggers* course seriously, he COULD have been assembelled, there's no syaing knights are born as we are. They ARE digital, after all. Maybe they're coded rather than born.

I think the reason for the absence of posts on this board is because Ace Lightning has sadly finished...(CURSE YOU BBC!) and plus we are getting on with our lives. What is everyone doing in their lives currently, or in the future? I've left school now, going to get my results in August, and if they are good, I shall hopefully confirm my place in Bournemouth College in the media study thing...er...bunnies! :bunny: :bunny: :bunny: :nuts:
