Oooh. Scarab. I just read it twice. Loved it. I really enjoy post-apocalyptic scenarios or anything approaching sorcery, or anything with competent!Fear and LI, and this was beautifully done. :D It was well-written, of course, and really interesting.

Wonderful, Scarab. Great use of an OC--and a quasi-Sue ;) . Very nice, and I rather liked the way you handled the 'brush' part of the challenge.

Brilliant :D and nice use of the quote there. The only thing I'm cocnerned about is the "Lightning Knights don't kill" point, because I'm fairy sure wiping evils out counts as killing and Ace has done that frequently.

Well, they seem able to return--even Googler--so I'm not sure that counts as killing. But yeah, I see room for a "we GENERALLY imprison but kill when necessary" interpretation there.
