Anyone wanna Plot Bunny? I have about seventy of the little tooth pulling darlings and no way I’ll write all of them. They’re breeding far too rapidly for me at the mo, and are rotting on my hard drive with nobody to love them. They’re a random bunch. Some of them are summarised in their entirety, others have a summary or a few lines/paragraphs written and nothing else, and others are nothing but a title and a vague idea of a theme. They’re all going to waste because my brain s too preoccupied/lazy to deal with them. I don’t wanna see ideas (no matter how bad :P) going to waste.

So, on advice from Feef, I’m putting some of them up for adoption. Anyone interested in a Plot Bunny? Lemme know.

NB: There are several Non-Ace Lightning fic ideas included, and you’re not restricted to keep these B’s within to our fandom alone. They’re very hardy and adaptable to their environment.

Hm... yeah they don't always make for great transfer... I figure you'll be interested in anything with Random in it, how's two for you?

That's cool. :) I'll also go for any humor ones. I like writing them, but my humor PB aren't breeding so well at the mo. And you could send any mortal orientated ones, if you want. (No one else is gonna want those ones. ;) )

Revising this plot bunny thread!

I've occasionally contemplated the possibilities of a Regency, Aladdin (hey, I really liked that Disney movie), or high school AU (what's that derisive laughter for, it's not like there's already a high school plot in the series or anything! :P). AUs can be fun; there's always the interest of seeing how the characters' traits can be re-rendered in a different setting. ^_^

What actually kind of stymies me in thoughts on such AUs is Fear/LI; in canon, of course, the program keeps her staying even though she doesn't want to, but in human-based AU territory you have to give him some pretty strong hold over her (or else just learned-helplessness-abused-partner issues, but although there's nothing wrong with that, I don't like it because the canon doesn't seem to be quite like that to me).

Other plunnies: very!powerful!Sparx intrigues me, either as a power-corrupts story or just an empowering one. That happened in the RP, when her relationship with Fear and her upgrades gave her a lot more choices than staying Ace's sidekick. What would happen if she were to succeed Ace Random as the strongest of the Lightning Knights?

And of course universal dimension theory throws up some interesting ideas. Currently I'm trying to reconcile in my brain:
- Ace not believing in non-superpowered-based friendship until Mark teaches him about it
- Lord Fear criticising the humans for having emotions (and yet he feels anger at the very least, and he's the first CGI we see in a relationship)
- The Tunnel of Love being "the last place you'd find a Lightning Knight"
- How many dimensions *are* there, and what do the rest of them do besides White Hot Oblivion?

Hmph, at least I've revived this thread with plunnies, however silly. :P

I don't have very many good ideas, and the ones I do have end up going so off course that they're not even recognisable as the show anymore.

Do you know what I'd like to see though, forgive me if this has been done before and I didnt know - I'd like to see Lord Fear doing something, like, good, but for the greater evil-sort-of-thing. As in, say, Marks in trouble, and Lord Fear saves him, not to be kind to Mark of course, just to keep the amulet safe. It'd be a good way for all the other characters to start re-assessing whether it is a battle of plain old good and evil or whether things run a lot deeper than that.

Ahahaa, do you know I used to hate that nickname because of AL? :lol: I never used to know the dinnerladies name - and I forget which episode it is, when she says to Mr Chesborough; 'Call me......Neeettttiiieee'. I used to think she said 'Natty', and my P.E. teacher would say it exactly like that and it'd really annoy me :lol:

Nowadays I like it though :D If you do a fanfiction with that idea I'd be so happy 8D It'd be great to see Lord Fear worried about saving Mark too, he'd probably worry that the Lightniing Knights goodness is rubbing off on him and get all grouchy :lol:
