Sueish is a term for a character that suggests they're a Mary Sue, Kitty. A generally negative character who is a personification of the author - this would be alright, except that the character always outdoes the caon characters and bends the unvierse to their will. Characters act horrociously out of character around her (or him - the Gary Stu equivalent) and the bad guys will fall head over heels.

Very general definition, of course, I suggest you check out Merlin Missy's Mary Sue test.
