History:

Joel was adopted at birth by a nice couple that was unable to conceive. They never told him that his biological parents were killed shortly after his birth by a pack of demons. Still to this day they have no idea who it was that saved him. As he grew up was curious as about his past. This made his parents uneasy as they were worried that he would reject him as his parents.

Joel always knew that his parents weren’t telling him the truth, but He love them just the same. When Joel was 15 on his way home from school he was attacked by a bunch of demons. He managed to bring down 2 or three before getting hit unconscious. He woke up later in front of his house unharmed he found this to be very odd and made him curious as to why he was still alive. His parents said it was a neighbor who saved him, but he knew that the neighbors didn’t get home till hours later that night. At the age of 17, he when to sleep and woke up in the house of Heather.
