Title: Cashier

Construction - September 30, 2005 06:33 PM (GMT)
Along the side of the store. Made of White Pine, laquered. Book marks and pens and note books on racks nearby. Debit and credit cards.

Gabriel - June 28, 2007 03:46 AM (GMT)
He was a bit excited that he had come across the book, ready to see just how this whole scrying thing worked. He placed the hardback book on the counter, waiting for the cashier to come and check him out.

The young girl at the counter stops filing her nails as Gabriel walks in. Mm mm mm mm mm.) Her eyes follow the Dragon Rider as he moves between the aisles. She quickly pulls her purse out from behind the counter and digs for her lip gloss and applies it quickly, checking her hair and makeup in one of the mirrors. Saisfiedwith ha shew se puseverting away jus as Gbielppoahes with he book. "Hey," She says giving him the look, taking the book and running it through the scanner. "Do you have your hottie discount card?" She asks, instantly regretting it. (Okay, that sounded so way lame.)

Gabriel - June 30, 2007 10:36 PM (GMT)
"Whats up." He said as he lifted his hazel brown gems from the book to the charming young lady. No need to wonder what that look means. A small smile spreads across his face at her words. "Sad to say no." He reached for his back pocket to remove his wallet sop he could be on his way back to the cove, with the hope of finding Tess.

THe girl grins at him as the cash register make a few beeping noises and the total comes up. "Too bad." She says, her eyes still dazzeled by the man. "Fourty five thirty six, please." She says, her monotone, boired cashier voice coming through slightly as she puts the book in one of the bags. This is when she notices what the book was about. (Hmmm.) She adds the discount coupons the store was giving away that day, along with a flyer and a catalogue. "Looking for something special?" She asks Gabriel, clearly a double meaning. And quite cheesey on the teenage girl.

Gabriel - July 4, 2007 06:12 PM (GMT)
His hazel gems glance at the screen, after she rings up the one book. Damn. Maybe I should remember to bring it all the time. The only reason he forgot it today was because he wasn't planning on coming out in such cold conditions. He removed his bank card from the black snake skinned wallet and slid it through the machine.

The wide grin just grew a bit wider in reaction to her flirtatious ways. If only she knew that I would never do fish in my life. Like the meat way to much to give it up now. He replaced his card, just as quickly as he removed it to its home. "A lost friend." He says as he picks up the book.

The girl pouts a bit when Gabriel doesn't take the bait. She was trying to hard. (Probably the lame hottie discount card thing. That was so lame. WHy did I say that? They should exist, though. Cause he would so totally have gotten a huge discount.) The girl watches Gabriel swipe his card and waits for him to do the banking stuff he needs to do.

"A lost friend? Is she a witch" She asks innocently, waning to keep him there as long as possible.

Gabriel - July 5, 2007 02:46 PM (GMT)
He was about to jet out the door in just a mere second before she inquired more about whom it was he was looking for. I really don’t have time for this. Despite, not really wanting a complete stranger in his business something held his feet to the ground. "She’s magical that’s about all I know. We didn't get to spend that much time together before..." His voice came to a sudden halt as his mind drifted back to the day of the attack.

He blinked his eyes a few times before he went on with the rest of the story. "She left." He gave a half warm smile, hoping that was enough to please her thirst for knowledge.

The Bank - July 6, 2007 02:42 AM (GMT)
Purchase: $45.36

OK?

Gabriel - July 14, 2007 03:54 PM (GMT)
He presses the okay button and waits for the machine to finish running through its steps.

The Bank - July 17, 2007 05:34 PM (GMT)
Payment of $45.36 accepted

Gabriel - July 17, 2007 06:29 PM (GMT)
Once the money was accepted from his account he places a gentle grip on the bag. Maybe next time she'll lower the price or something. With a warm smile the dark haired youth winks at the cashier as he heads towards the entrance.
