So work has actually been more busy than I'd anticipated. I've still been wotking like mad trying to get the things I wanted done on the site. Here is a list of things that are complete, not complete, or started and so on, just to give everyone an idea of what has been done:
COMPLETE- Species List - There is a more completed form for each species on AML; Demons, Dragons, Dragon Riders, Demonriders, Elementals, Gods and Goddesses, Gypsies, Shadows, Vampires, Warlocks, Werewolves, and Witches are the current list. There is also a SPecies Guide since many of the new aspects need some explanation. If you would like to see another species on this list, please let me know and I will add it.
- Site Summary - This gives the basic premise of AML including our basic plot, what the site is based on, references and and brief overview of the history of Sekhmet.
- RP Dictionary - A thread of terms used during an RP. It was taken from another source, which has been cited in the thread. It will also be added to as necessary.
- New Profile Template - Yes, I know, we've had a few. But I think this will be the final edition. I wanted the profiles to be more in depth so that we all can know the character better, including the player. They also look much more professional. If you would like to see a sample of this, take a look at any of the Major or Minor Characters. There have also been a few of the Original Characters who have updated their profiles, having seen the new format. IF you wish to do the same, I suggest it since you may have a lot of work to do. If yo uneed help with the graphics, pelase let me know and I will help you.
- FAQ Section[/b] - Self explanitory. If you have any ideas to add to the list, let me know.
IN THE WORKS- Character Index[/b] - This will be a forum which contains the biographies (which will have a new name after the revamp). It will focus on the charcater's powers and will be updated on a regular basis for members to refer to when interacting with the character.
Powers - By the time we hit the revamp date (Which is still unknown) all powers will have all their abilities up to level twelve. They will also have more detail about them including different classifications. There will be a guide to explain what certain terms mean. This is complete, I am only working on the different abilities at each level. This is also the hold up for the Index.
Thread Graphics - I am working on banners for the first post of location threads. They will depict the general idea of what they look like and give yo usomething to work with when posting because there will also be a minimum sentence count for posts after the revamp.
TO DO- Graphics Mall[/b] - This section will be for members to create their own 'shops' to create graphics for members. It will also be a place to share graphics you have created, board related or not.
- Guest Forum[/b] - Rather than only being able to post in the Help Desk or something, there will be a separate forum specifically designed for guests where they can post with questions and interact with members. The Member OOC forum will then be hidden to guests until they become members.
There are also a few other things that I am working on, but they will be a surprise for later. ;)
