- Born Akana Cleapatra Sutekh in Ancient Egypt, Clea came into power as Queen at the tender age of sixteen. Her rule wwas with one iron fist and the other hand of silken compassion. Good and Evil did not exist until long after she died, therefore being a demon had no more perks than being a witch, though relations between the two species were strained in ancient Egypt. Clea's rule was a lengthy one, bringing power to the throne, and order to the chaos of Egypt and srrounding countries. However, a Roman Emperor fell in love with Clea, who was already spoken for and in fact, had no feelings for the Emporor. His love refused, the Emporor declared war on Egypt, and attempted to claim Clea as his prize. His plan failed. Clea, though powerful, was killed by his army, who consisted of primarily witches and powerful sorceresses. One of said powerful sorceresses attempted to kill the queen, but failed miserably and therefore was forced to find another way to rid the world of the Queen.
Success came in the form of a spell which would enchant on of Clea's prized possession; a gold and turqoise pendant. Clea was cursed to reside in the small pendant for centuries to come. Since then, she has held a burning hatred for all witches and any descendants of the Emporor of Rome.
